What we build

What we deliver.

Payment, invoicing and accounting integrations
Booking-engine and channel-manager connections
CRM and email-marketing syncs
Supplier and inventory feed automation
Scheduled reports sent to your inbox
Webhooks and custom APIs for your own software
Who it's for

Is this the right fit for you?

Teams losing hours every week to copy-paste between systems.

  • Orders are re-entered into accounting by hand
  • Bookings from one channel do not block another
  • You export CSVs every week to build a report
  • A vendor offers an API and nobody has used it
Process

How it works.

  1. Map the data

Which system is the source of truth for each record, and what triggers each sync.

  2. Build the connection

API clients with retries, logging and alerts, so failures are noticed, not silent.

  3. Test with real data

Run in parallel with the manual process until the numbers match.

  4. Monitor

Error alerts and a dashboard showing every sync, so you can trust it.

FAQ

Integrations & Automation: common questions

Straight answers. If yours is not here, call (302) 503-0904.

What systems can you integrate?

Almost anything with an API or a structured export: payment processors, booking engines, accounting software, CRMs, email platforms, supplier feeds and your own databases.

What happens if an integration fails?

Our integrations retry automatically, log every run and alert a person when something needs attention.

Is this cheaper than Zapier?

For simple, low-volume tasks, Zapier is fine and we will say so. Custom integrations pay off at higher volume, with complex logic, or when per-task fees add up.

Can you connect a POS to an online store?

Yes. Shared inventory between a POS and an online store is one of the most common projects we do.
